if your bias/bias group were white, sang the same songs but in english, and were active in the american industry.. would you still like them?

Yes, I would listen to them.

I'm a natural sucker for pop music. I even like G.R.L or whatever they're called xD.
And ALiiFe (French!)... who are releasing a single soon :3
(and Britney, Rihanna & co.)

As for T-ara... hmm, maybe songs like Day by Day and Cry Cry, they have that Britney vibe. Otherwise I don't think so.

No. I like how the songs sound in korean to begin with

gee is basic in korean (but still kinda cute) but it would be just cringe-worthy in english

And the styling would probably be really different too, specially for male idols

I would like their music, but one of the reasons I like kpop is the way the Korean music industry works, like, the comeback shows, the variety show tours, the weird fan events, the company concerts, I don't think I would get that with American pop.

Exactly.

T-ara: Yes because most of their singles I can actually see as Western songs sans Yayaya. That would be their Born This Way album thank you.

Brown Eyed Girls: Yes but they probably wouldn't hit the charts and instead I'd be one of those hispter followings on them

Wonder Girls: Well...I mean they tried with Nobody and I prefered the Korean version so much more.

SNSD: Only if they did Genie/Run Devil Run ONLY. Still cringing at the English lyrics to The Boys

f(x): Probably not if they still released their single songs as singles. Maybe if they released Goodbye Summer as a single.

2NE1: Can't Nobody (English version) was my shit. So I'd probably like them still

Sistar: I'd still like them but only if they released everything Alone and after + Shady Girl. Ma Boy english verion could be a bop.

The only type of music show like that still going in the US is 106 & Park on BET I think. But during the whole boyband/girl group craze, it was very familiar to what KPOP has going on right now.
