The rule is you have to go when you're 28 (international age) Jin doesn't turn 29 till that date. I wouldn't necessarily get my hopes up yet, he could go anytime he wants. But like I've listed above, if BTS have another world tour plan (MOTS), and BH wants Jin apart of it, then we'll have more time left. I've always wondered how BH worked with this new law tbh Technically some of the boys could only travel 5 times abroad but since last year (if you count tours, stuff in US, awards show in other countries...) they've already travelled outside of Korea way more than that.
