Hey girls got a question , do you have a skincare routine?

Personally I try to keep it simple. Right now I only use Body Shop's Tea Tree Facial Wash, which I find amazing and does a decent job at removing simple makeup, and then apply moisturizer for oily skin (right now I'm using one by Garnier). Occasionally I exfoliate.

And always remember to drink plenty of water!

Can someone help me?

spoiler because it might be inappropriate
last month my vagina started itching. it itched really bad and constantly for 5 days. i scratched it a lot. after a week it stopped itching. i searched the internet and i think i might be allergic to my hygiene cleanser (so i stopped using it) or because i started to wash my v every time i pee and didn't dry them properly before putting back on underwear. or is it an infection? It's been a month now and stopped itching but I'm still worried… anyone know why? should i go to the doctor? :/

I'll answer in spoilers too since that's how you put the question. ^^

I do think you should go to the doctor because that way you can be sure everything is okay. But from what you said it seems like it could be a reaction to something...Maybe something you did messed with its natural balance (don't take my word on this, I'm not a specialist).

Vaginal itching is very common, if it has stopped then I wouldn't worry about it. Even changing laundry detergents can cause problems for some women. Cleansers can be very irritating, it's best to only wash with plain unscented soap when you bathe and make sure you rinse well. You need some good bacteria to keep things healthy down there, you can easily upset the balance and then you get itching. In the future you shouldn't worry unless there is funky discharge or the itching doesn't stop or keeps coming back. There are over the counter creams that can help with itching from contact irritation.

Its kinda embrassing but my monthly seems to be late..should I worry?
And no I'm not pregnant qq

Absolutely not, please don't worry :)

It is normal for our menstrual cycles to alter, depending on some things such as:

If you've been excercising heavily, that can affect your period. And if you've recently gained/lost a lot of weight suddenly.

Taking new medication or increasing a current dosage can also be a factor. Or if you've had a sickness.

However, the number one factor is usually stress related--if your daily routine has changed and your body needs time to adjust.

How long has it been? If, after a few weeks, and you're still worried, I'd visit your nearest gynecologist just to be on the safe side. Hopefully things will turn out okay!

usually it happens during the middle of the month but maybe it will come later.. its probably because lack of nutrition lately or something like that cuz i haven't been exercising

but thanks though :) i'll wait it out.

So, I  just started taking birth control and I'm really confused. I started taking it on the 1st of this month which was the first day of my period. I just got my period again today (I'm on the placebo pills so maybe that's why?)  :derp:  :derp:  :derp: Halp.

Hi bb! Did you go to the doctor? How are you now?

Anyway, for those who might be experiencing the same thing, I think it might be...
http://www.healthline.com/health/vaginal-yeast-infection#Overview1

Some tips:

1. Avoid feminine washes. I know they're advertised to be good for your lady bits, but it's actually more irritating due to fragrance and stuff. It's actually better to use unscented soap or Johnson's Baby products like this: http://www.johnsonsbaby.com/products/johnsons-head-to-toe-body-wash(If it's gentle enough for a baby's eyes, then it's definitely okay to use on your V)

2. After washing, dry your bits with tissue every. single. time.

3. For some, panty liners might even be irritating due to the adhesive that the use. Just make sure to change it frequently. :)
Certainly looks like a mental problem and ED to me and if not changed soon it will also hit your health terribly (meantally and physically). You should go see someone for it. My friend had to deal with this problem for years now and it only got worse with time.Try to talk with someone ,a professional would be the best solution but even the help of family is great at times.

My friends got scarred for life from this ,going from clinic to clinic .Please don't wait too long, ED shouldn't be taken lightly.. ;/
Hey girls got a question , do you have a skincare routine?

Yup. A super simple one

Black soap to cleanse, apple cider vinegar to tone, clinique and almond oil to moisturize.

I'm looking for an alternative moisturizer but I keep going back to clinique.

I do a bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar mask to exfoliate.
I lost some weight, but it comes back.I weigh around 120, and I want to be 100. One of my friends know, but she doesn't say anything about it. I'd call the hotline, but I'm sure someone in my house may hear me, for I do not live alone.

Hmm 100 pound is not healthy, espcially the way you are losing it. I'm glad you talked about it to one person about it. I know you it's hard for you to seek help but can't you try visiting a doctor? They ain't allowed to talk with anyone about your problems anayways, you might even ask if your friend would be able to accompany you ,so you wouldn't be alone.

How are you feeling btw do you feel tired or stressed from not eating?
So this exists...

Yeah it does, though not many use it^^
