Hello~ has anyone here tried yoga before and stuck with it? How easy was it? Did you do it alone or classes?

I want to start but I'm scared I'll find it too hard and quit (T . T)

There's lots of free yoga videos on youtube. You should see how you like it and then figure out if you want to take a class or not.

 

I only tried it a couple times. Can't speak much about it but some poses are easy and some are more challenging though I imagine it gets easier with practice. I prefer strength training.

So for about 3 months now, I've had a pretty weird period. For the most part, it's been spotty to a light flow, but the thing is it just won't stop or at least for a long period of time. I thought it was finally done with it but I started spotting again tonight. I know things like stress can affect our periods. But I'm wondering if I should go ahead and contact my doctor for this :/

 

 

You should contact your doctor, especially since this seems to be ongoing. Better safe than sorry.

I think it's a common problem, so maybe I get a solution...

I have a problem with sleep, it's already 5 nights without sleeping, I take a pills but.. you know, they don't work :v

 

Someone has any ideas what to do? :c
