I think it's a common problem, so maybe I get a solution...

I have a problem with sleep, it's already 5 nights without sleeping, I take a pills but.. you know, they don't work :v

 

Someone has any ideas what to do? :c

 

ASMR helps for me, look it up on YT!

 

Another big tip I think would help is not using technology or doing exercise at least 1 hour before bed. Instead, read a book, do some journaling or just listen to music to unwind. Something I've learned is if you've been laying in bed for 20+ min and haven't fallen asleep, get out of bed and do something relaxing! Your bed should be your place to SLEEP. Don't do anything else there including reading or just daydreaming! Once you get into that routine, you'll fall asleep so fast once you're in bed
