What this looks like is : for most groups fans already do this for free because they love their groups, for sperm on the other hand people just hate it. So I guess they’re trying to incentivize fan culture. I guess the payment is merch of some kind. I don’t think it’s as deep as you guys are making it where they’re exhorting work from their underage fans, but more like getting ppl to do shit they do for regular groups for sperm. It could be something like holding a banner at their showcase or memorizing the fan chant or make a tiktok or do some challenge or something along those lines at the max This just looks like a desperate attempt to get fan engagement. It’s pathetic. Which SM are ofc, but I don’t see it as them doing anything more. I don’t know if you’re part of EXOL twitter but there is an immense amount of hate directed towards this group. Everything they do, you’ll just find hate from EXOL under it. This is them aiming to gain some support perhaps in desperation from kpop fans in the United States.
