Why J-pop record labels don't upload obscure, 2000s and 1990s MVs?

I've been happening to noticed that a some of the J-Pop MVs from 2000s and 1990s get uploaded on its official channel, which is somewhat amazing. But one thing bothers me is the rest of the MVs from the 2000s and 1990s don't get uploaded into YT more, why is that?

I found some of the fan-uploaded MVs that are still there, but why MVs from 2000s and 1990s don't get a lot of official uploads, that's what bothers me?

Probably unsorted copyright because some of these artists aren't in contracts with the companies anymore

A lot of music gets stuck in limbo like that

And do you think Japan's record label will consider upload these artists MVs that are not contacted with them anymore?

It actually is something like that. I interviewed m-flo this summer and Taku said something interesting, basically along the lines of some of these acts just don't have any staff looking out for their interests because they haven't been active in years. The contracts expire, so basically everything expires except the copyright.

I see, but why do they keep their 90s and 00s MVs under their own rights and refusing to upload them offically that bands having their contacts expires is no fair. I desired to litsen to the Yuya Matsushita - Trust Me, which it had a MV and it was available somewhere on illegal/unlincesed sites there, but Yuya Matsushita's MV from pre-singing with Teichiku and while he was at Sony contract is certainly no fair.

It would be great if they made their older and obscure MVs more accesible, there are more older stuff that J-pop fans would love to litsen to.

The thing is that there is no real incentive to upload those videos. The labels probably don't think there are people who want to see those videos. Yuya was a flop, hence why Sony dropped him. "Who would want to see a forgetten flop's videos?", is probably what Sony thinks.

Umm, Google? I feel like I've been saying this on this series of sites since I first started here in 2011. It's like nobody has ever heard of Bilibili. It's like people think YouTube is the only site that has videos.
