Can someone explain to me about THAAD why Chinese can't promote in Korea?

I couldn't get why The8 and Jun can perform with Seventeen, Renjun & Chenle in NCT Dream, Winwin for NCT 127 and other Chinese kpop stars but Uniq with its Chinese members, Exo with Lay, Fx with Victoria and others cannot. What is the difference? Please enlighten me thanks
