If you were in Somi's shoes, would you now regret leaving JYPE?...

In JYP, she could have been in a top tier girl group and her popularity would soar.

If she joined some no-name company, they would have invested in her big time because she's their main money maker.  Now she's just one of many artists who are more popular than her, so she isn't a top priority.  Not to mention YG doesn't know how to manage his artists at all AND they're in deep trouble right now.

I have no doubt she regrets it. If I was here I would too. Itzy's concepts were something she would have fit well, and I have no doubt she would have been a center or main focus in the group. They're already doing amazing right now with the songs they have and Birthday was mediocre at best. She wanted to leave, okay, but a YG focused company wasn't the best thing to do.

Papa YG just got clear of tax evasion. Matter of time before other accusations get drop as well. Only a matter time before YGE rises from ash and become the dominant Phoenix it once.

Somi/YGE will prove you haters wrong.

joining yge? yes.

leaving? no.

constantly debuting in ggs took a wear on her, she seems much happier as a soloist even if she hasn't found her footing yet. she stated time and time again that jype wasnt willing to give her the sort of freedom she wanted, so.
