EXILE AKIRA marries actress Lin Chi-Ling

On June 6, EXILE AKIRA announced his marriage to actress Lin Chi-Ling.

 

The two co-starred in the stage play 'Red Cliff ~Ai~' back in August of 2011. Since then, they have gotten close and started dating last year. AKIRA commented, "She always puts her family and friends first. Moreover, through her work, you can tell that she treasures her fans and many people in Asia. I've watched her deliver love and courage. I was captured by that strong sense of responsibility and personality full of love."

 

He continued, "I am grateful for her kindness accepting me for who I am no matter the situation. From the bottom of my heart, I wanted to make Chi-Ling-san happy."

 

At the moment, there are no plans for a wedding ceremony. Congratulations!
