"25sai Eien Setsu" is a sarcastic reference to the fan theory named "25sai Teinen Setsu" (25æ³å®šå¹´èª¬; Age 25 Retirement Theory) which had recently been fueled by the graduation announcements of Iikubo Haruna, Wada Ayaka and Miyazaki, the three oldest Hello! Project members in 2018, re-enforcing some fans' beliefs that female idols are pressured to graduate before or when they turn age 25.[2] After Miyazaki's graduation announcement video on YouTube mostly received comments mentioning the fan theory, Wada vented about it on her blog the next day, saying she was extremely disappointed in people being focused on their age instead of supporting their decisions.[3][4] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We'll never know for sure, but so far it hasn't been disproven. It's funny that this is how they've chosen to address the issue though. As was mentioned, H!P's current leader, Wada Ayaka got pretty upset with people obsessing over the age thing, and Iikubo Haruna backed her up, but fans are still pretty skeptical about the whole thing.
