That entire sentence contradicts itself. Seungri is most likely going to pay his way out of this. The 3 women conveniently turned out to be a mix of Burning Sun employees and acquaintances of Yoo In Suk and Seungri, which is super shady and not something to be believed blindly. One of those women were Anna, Burning Sun's drug dealer ffs. Their accusations also conveniently happened after the assault case. And about him allegedly assaulting police, the unedited CCTV was already released. And tbh it looks more like he's reaching out for one of the officers to have something to hold onto as another one is literally pummeling him to the floor, than it looks like him attacking one of the 10 officers that have him surrounded. But lets say he did reach out first, that still sure as hell does not justify what police did to him. He was sporting new bruises at the station, compared to what was seen on the CCTV of the police car, so clearly they beat him up again AFTER handcuffing him. So I'm honestly inclined to say miss me with this bullshit. The police clearing themselves of assault charges when the man literally had bruises and fractured ribs, while the Superintendent has been confirmed to have colluded with Burning Sun, is just absolute bullshit.
