There's a video of the cast in interviews and man...even they sounds disappointed. Kit even said the ending is dissapointment but tried to backtrack to save it. Peter said how dumb it was Tyrion suggested they hide in the crypt. Shareholders don't care about a stupid petition. They might do it if they are given free money ($100mil) to redo the entire season.They have said they were willing to spend more money in the show. It's one of their biggest money maker and they wanted several more seasons. All of the cast and crew are moving on to other things and I don’t think it would have the same impact because we’ve already seen s8 play out the way that it has. I rink they can only hope for a prequel with a new cast and writing team. Like why happened before s1 but even then that probably would be 3 seasons of content.
