Also, as a grown-up adult, i think it's very immature of her to address the issue in a public platform when she could have just let go of their friendship as quietly as possible. I'm not saying she's a saint but she said several drama YT channels contacted her and told her that James was talking behinds his back and inventing things without speaking to her, so after Gabriel Zamora got himself involved (because James was apparently talking with his friends about Tati) she released the video. But this is the first time in Tati's career that she's been involved in something like this. She's a well respected in the community and known for being unproblematic for 9 years now. People trust her for good reason. And pew needs to realize people shouldn't be forced to subscribe to anyone they dislike.Just because there have been worse youtuber scandals doesn't mean people should stay subscribed if they don't want anymore. No one was saying anything because of who he is and his followers crazy attitudes. The fact she exposed the situation made people talk more freely about it without fearing the backlash they would if someone not “powerful†mentioned it first. You can call her immature but Tati is probably one of the least problematic youtubers and in the beauty community. Let’s not forget how people were shading and making fun of Tati because of him. Like she said in her video (if you watched it), They as a youtubers, live a portion of their life on internet, so she thinks she should public it for the sake of her audiences. She also said her fault that she posted her crying on IG story but it's not okay for James Charles to go around to slander her name with his friends when she did so much to him in the first place. Gabriel Zamora (James' friend) shaded her in two videos and James' mother went off on IG shading Tati so she had to post a video to defend herself. LOL Incredibly disgusting how you generalized all content creators on youtube as sell outs, when that's clearly not the case at all. Tati and her husband who wasn't even sure about helping james in the first place spend HOURS UPON HOURS helping him to advance his career, gave him mental support and even let him stay in their house, no one in their right mind would break off that relationship that easily. Adding on, she said that James didn't want to promote her hair vitamins due to his audience, comprising of mostly young teenagers. The vitamins that Tati was selling, contained melatonin, and James felt it wasn't appropriate to promote it to his audience and it could be dangerous BUT yet, he went on to sign a contract with her competitors and promote their hair vitamins that has, wait for it, melatonin in it as well. The hypocrisy jumped right out. Google the effect of melatonin and the side effects as well, I'm lazy to type it out. For Tati, the reason why she made this public was because Gabriel Zamora, who was in a scandal last year with Jeffree Star, said that she was making a huge fuss of it by ranting on Instagram, which she apologized about it on her video for acting rashly. And, in her video, she mentioned that she WANTED to meet up with James to settle this privately but she ultimately did not when she found out that he has been going behind her back, giving his so called 'receipts' and his side of the story to drama channels instead of apologizing to her privately. To which Tati said, she felt that it was pointless to then settle it privately cause he was not gonna be sincere about it. Knowing James and Gage drama, she also knew that it would be dangerous to settle it privately because of how James could manipulate and twist both his and her words and stuff could be taken out of context if she were to settle it with him, on private hence she made the video as it would be so much more safer for her. Yes yes, I know from the James and Gage drama that Gage is in the wrong as well but from what Tati said, you know that James has been going around, preying on straight dudes. Like wtf.
