The only thing is that I am lowkey paranoid, and I don't feel safe living in a house with so many glass entries. And I don't know what's worse, living in a secluded area where if someone were to stalk and or try and break in and attack me, I have no one within close distance to call for help, or living in a non secluded area where more people will be around and more likely to break in. A lot of the times minimalistic interiors really look like they're just not furnished, but this one doesn't. And it has loooooots of big windows, which I love. You can maximise space by getting a futon instead of a proper bed. And if I'm getting it at dirt cheap prices ans in a good location that didn't need me to pay $300 a month in travel fees. And that stove top is perfect to get by. I am still a student though so this was marketed at people at me lol. Edit: wait wtf 1600? Bye. I thought sydney prices were over the top...
