Little background for those who have been out of the loop with who Kim Hak Eui is.

Knets are speculating that he's on the list of the VIPs of Burning Sun, this is the reason why his case is being "re-opened" and gaining more "media attention" now, the statute of limitation on his case is also ending.

More about this man, he is the ex-VP Justice Minister of Korea who resigned after getting into fraud, drugs and rape scandal after getting caught on a "sex tape" of a huge orgy in the Wonju Villa in Gangwon back in 2009 (the video was leaked in 2013). It was held by Yoon Jung-Cheon, a construction worker who sought "business deals" from the government and other celebrities in return, provided sexual favors (aka rape, drugging girls, etc.).

In March 2019, a woman "Lee" emerged and accused him and another man "Yoon"  (Yoon Jung-Cheon) of raping her several times. She also testified once back in 2014, to which he denied all charges.

Kim Hak Eui is claiming that he's being framed by Yoon.
