When I went to Korea, everyone would just park anywhere they wanted. i don't know why this is even a story the people judging are hypocrites because this is true people here in Korea drive however they want, when there's no traffic at night, people will often ignore traffic signals like red light at a empty street etc, something people get in trouble for doing in other countries.
