Jung kook definitely has that whisper Charlie Puth tenor singing style going on lol but Rose doesn't fit under that category.

 

She has a very bright, piercing voice and an indie style. I would describe her voice as intense. Not powerful, but intense.

I love Rose but she's a tiny bit too whiny for me sometimes. Jungkook's voice is probably my favorite in the world, so that's that.

They're both pretty much on the same level. Both aren't exactly strong technique wise, but they do a serviceable job as main vocals of their respective groups and they have voices that people are drawn to.
