In a group like IZONE or Twice, she could sing a few parts, dance in the back, show her pretty face once in a while, and do well on variety shows. Then she would've been very popular as a visual. But her group is a girl crush concept that does rapping and hip-hop. There's only 4 members so her dancing stands out. She's one of the 2 vocalists and the other vocalist has a unique voice so Jisoo ends up singing all the other parts and it makes her bad singing stand out even more.

 

5. [+166, -14] Rather than Jisoo, I find Momo and Sana's singing more annoying ã… ã…  They have this nasal sound unique to Japanese girls and they don't get the pronunciation right ã… ã…  Jisoo's voice might be thick but her overall vocalization is fine.

Jisoo her voice may not be as ‘unique’ as the other members but she still has a pleasant tone to me. It is true that her voice sounds at its best in low to mid-tempo songs but it doesn’t sound bad at all in BP’s title tracks.

 

Twice foreign line aren’t bad vocalist, they improved a lot over the years it’s just that their voices are not used the way they should be used.
