Sofia Carson is a singer/actress best known for being in the Disney descendants movie franchise & pretty little liars: the perfectionists

 

I understand it seems sketchy but as someone who’s been a fan of Sofia for a long time she’s one of the nicest people ever and I can only assume she was prompted to take that photo

 

Her IG and twitter comments are a mess rn please don’t send her hate

Lol... the way she took the pic with was awkward and weird... There's plenty of female artists took photo with BTS but girlie did it the wrong way... still sending her hates are a bit much...

i get that sending her hate directly is a bit extreme but i don't think her actions should be defended. the way she approached them to take a pic was just disrespectful. then she goes on to talk about how she "met" them when they only had an embarrassing 5 second interaction. at the end of the day this isn't a huuuge deal but i totally get why people think it was distasteful

Don’t get up in other ppls personal space without asking first and then people won’t criticize. Bts takes pictures with tons of celebrities and people during shit like this, and fans dgaf. There’s clearly a reason why this instance is different and it’s not bc of “jealous fangirlsâ€.

Ask for permission first 

Do y'all really think people ask for permission for each picture they take at these things?  Typically, they greet at most with a hello and then pose for all the flashing lights. She does indeed look awkward standing on the side like that, but that has nothing to do with her being rude.  Looks more like she was doing the walk like any other event and they just happened to be the next stop so she posed with them.  For people used to the carpet (in America), they would welcome her into the circle so that it's not awkward.  However, that didn't happen here so it came off as awkward.
