Opinions on who will top the month were very diverse but everyone agreed that all these acts will do well with each excelling in some areas. Now that April has ended, I think it's pretty obvious to conclude which act shined the most and was the most influential. All of them did very well and came up with great music but BTS is the clear winner in term of influence and impact as they excelled in all the areas Let's see, BTS: Broke every record possible whether inside Korea or outside it Hit their third #1 album on BB200 and joined history Reached n8 on hot100 Sold 1.6M albums in 6 hours, had the biggest first week sales this year with +2M albums sold hit the n1 album in many album charts around the wolrd including the biggest 3 markets in the world (US/Japan/Britain) as well as charting within the top 5 on dozens of others Broke Spotify/Hanteo/Gaon/Oricon/Youtube/Billboard records Had the most viewed video on Youtube in the first 24 hours with +76M views BWL is the most streamed 2019 Korean song on Spotify so far Is the act wiith the only PAK this year Had 10 Melon Roofhits (second only to Taeyeon with 11) Achieved 12 hourly paks and 4 genie roofhits Reached 950k uls first day (highest uls for idol groups this year so far and the second biggest for boy groups overall) Topped daily and weekly domestic charts and still charting high in all of them Had the 3rd highest digital index after Bol4 and Taeyeon (with a Friday release) ' MOTS:PERSONA is now the fifth biggest worldwide debut sales weeks this century!
