at 1:03, a fan asked her "요즘 어떤거 준비해요? (What are you doing these days?)" And Chanmi replied with "ì•¨ë²”ì„ ì¤€ë¹„í•˜ê³  있어요 (I'm preparing an album)"

at 7:50 she also revealed that she's no longer with MLD Entertainment and she's preparing a solo album with a different company.

A lot of idols go through that though, I think Chanmi is just the most well-known out of all the failed idols. I'm sad for her but I guess it's a positive thing that she managed to somehow maintain a fanbase. I wish her the best

I dont think she was considered T-ARA trainee. She joined after T-ARA debut and before they got to phase ofe everyone being T-ARA trainee. Right?
