for my next job do I use the job I was working at Wendy's only for 3 weeks as a reference?

I just think it was stupid that I got fired at my job. My manager is a totally bitch, this is why eveeryone is leaving that place, they make me do cashier when that day was busy when I didn't know the resister . LIke why make me do the cashier when I never practived to do it when the day was busy. Then she would get mad at for not saying "hot Nuggests' when the nuggets we're done It's just so fucking stupid because I only worked there for 3 weeks and I already got fired. Also, there was a night where it was busy and my stomach was hurting me so bad so I stayed at the bathroom for a couple of minutes and I got in trouble for that. My manager was like I advice you to not work at a fast food job for your next job because you can't multitasks. idk I just felt like renting. I just think it's stupid to fire someone just because they did little mistakes as a cashier.

Don't use Wendy's as a reference. Legally managers aren't allowed to give bad references, but you dont know what happens behind the scenes.

Plus you weren't there long enough

Use the same reference that got you the Wendy's job

if you were fired I don't think you can use it as a reference.  But if you could... idk why you would want to list it.  Cuz they have the right to contact your former employer and they will blab everything.  Even if they don't contact them they will see that you only worked there for 3 weeks and that will bring a "red flag" to them and ask you about it.  IMO I would not list it.

For your reason being fired tho I think you can dispute it and try to file for unemployment.

noooooooo

don't  sabotage yourself like that

Only use previous employments where you left amicably and if that was your first job then don't use it as a reference at all and get a reference from your school or smth
