I’m really about to cry cuz I was hoping that I can get the same shifts as the guy that I liked at my job. But today, I came at work and I see my name not on the schedule and I just started working at the wendys I work at for about 3 weeks and I didn’t see my name on the schedule at all for the whole week. That means I got fired.

if no one has told you not to come into work or that you're fired i wouldn't assume you where...? i've never been fired before but every employee i know who has been was told so. if you work really did ghost you as a firing method then idk what shit your managers on lmao that's wild. unless you just found out before they contacted you that really is unprofessional.

Thats what my ex boss used to do. He'd slowly kill off the scehdule of the workers/employees he doesnt like or thinks are too lazy to one day a week until they get tired of it and leave.

To an employer, if the employee doesn't care then they won't care. Even if there is a chance that you were let go, I'd still inquire about my next working schedule. Sometimes if the employer is on the fence, that one thing of showing interest can make all the difference. By asking the question they'll know that you're serious about wanting to work.
