johnnyrose 12,654 Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 * NO SPOILERS ; BE KIND OF THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE my film life. i have not felt any reminiscence similar to this feeling since the first time i saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2. its the closest i can compare this too, but not exactly the same. while the former left a bit bittersweet, this left me with satisfaction. i am so emotional and incredibly happy at the same time. my eyes are red shot and i feel like vomiting from the pride in my chest. Excellence makes me emotional. its taken 11 years to get to this point, and i'm so glad i was here for each of them. its okay if superhero movies aren't your thing, its tedious for a lot. thats fine. but i feel bad that some will never really understand the true greatness that just happened this weekend. this kind of event will never be created, or recreated for that matter, again. i'm exhausted. i want to vomit. i want to sleep. i want to scream at my wall. as someone who's followed this set up since 2007 comic con, i am pleased and at peace. im gonna go cry myself to sleep over the genius of film making i just witnessed. thank you MARVEL. thank you Kevin Fiege. thank you Jack Kirby and Stan Lee. ThANK YOU AVENGERS and Chris Evans ass looks amazing in anything he wears. don't let the devil lie to you. also, my Persona albums finally came while i was at the theater getting my life served. and i don't care .. like at all asdfghj . Honestly this is such a mood, I feel you girl this is literally gonna go down in history and just knowing that throughout my life I can revisit the MASTERPIECE that was the Infinity Saga makes me so so happy. It's come so far, it's thrived and I love it so much :') this end really made me cry, but like the best avenger, the godfather of the mcu iron man said, part of the journey is the end! Also the excellence line is so true. Only marvel can make me this emotional due to the stellar amount of work and care they've put into this franchise. Absolutely love it! Pretty boring day, but luckily two cats didn't decide to play Russian Roulette with my car like last night.
