I really like this guy even though im in a relationship

So i met him through this app and we started talking, because I just wanted some friends to play league with. He seemed really nice...and I got to know him more and I realized that I really liked talking to him. He lives far from me though

He helped me solve this problem, and he always gives advice on what will make me the most happy in the end. He listens even though i just talk and blab, sometimes he shares interesting stories. He said he would do anything for me, and see where our friendship leads. He calls me babe and kisses me through the mic

I told him i had a boyfriend, and he said that it's up to me to decide..he will never force me to break up, because its not what I want. He also apparently has a girl he liked (but doesn't anymore). He kind of started to say things about hot girls and I got kind of sad. I cried  and told him to stop calling me babe..and to stop confusing me. He said he was hurt and that it felt like we were breaking up (although we were never together in the first place)

why should I care if he talks to other girls if we're friends right?  we've only known each other for less than a week..and I feel like we're really close already

The mature thing to do would be to have a good think about it and make a decision. It's either you stay with your boyfriend or get with this other guy in a LDR. Don't be selfish to want to keep your boyfriend but also engage in conversations with someone else like you would with a s/o (all that babe talk, etc).

dont play games. let him know how feel. if you like him, don't cheat on your current bf. make sure to have a clean break u first

and how do you feel about your current bf? do you really think ldr is better than what you currently have? are you sure you actually know him well? i hope you think things through and come to a decision.

You should break up with your boyfriend, because now youre cheating on him.

You are speaking to someone romantically and let them know you have feelings for them, the only thing it sounds like is keeping you from physically seeing this person is distance. Its been less than a week and you're already trying to throw you're relationship out, break up with him.

Usually I would tell you to sort out your feelings, make a choice and stick with that.

But I think that the other guy is not much of an option tbh. You barely know each other, he is being nice and flirty, but you don't know him and what his intentions are, you two don't even have something concrete yet. Plus, he is living far from you and LDR are extremely hard to keep.

It's all fun and new to you now, but it will fade if you stop entertaining these feelings so much.

If someone can confuse you so easily, then may be smth in your relationship doesn't satisfy you?

May be you should think about your boyfriend and your relationship to find out if you have any problems.

Anyway, online crushes exist, but the problem here is you don't have any idea about his real personality.

It's just your brain made up a virtual friend from available info you got from your conversations.

And may be brain did this to you to help you ignore or escape from possible problems in your real life.

So just try to fix them, and may be your friendship will stop being confusing.

Wish you good luck!!!

Thank you for giving a wholesome and kind answer. I feel that im greedy and want both, but both people arent ok with it. There are some things missing in my current relationship like the romance and doing new things. I also feel that hes really rational but sees that theres only one right way in life.

This guy is emotional and he really talks to me one about everything. He says thst i'll be alone and he cant be with me because he's so far away. He told me to go back to my bf. He sayd he loves md tho and im the first girl who he had the most connection with. I feel that i really did love him

I yold my bf instead of hiding. He was furious and he called me nasty things..i deserved them all. In the end he said he will give me another chance because he still loves me. I love him too and im happy that our relationship didnt end. I know i dont deserve it

I just feel really lonely.they know about each other now

I don't think you know this, but just bc there is no physical relationship does not mean that you can't cheat on someone. What you are doing with this guy is considered as emotionally cheating on your bf. Put yourself in your bf's shoes. How do you think you would feel if he were doing the same thing? And how do you think he would feel if he knew how you were talking to this guy?

If you find yourself not caring, maybe it is time to break up with your old boyfriend.

However, I don't think this new guy is a good option at all. You two have known each other for way too short. And even though he says he respects your relationship and wouldn't want to break you two up, his actions don't match up with his words. He is still talking to you as if your boyfriend did not exist, and that shows the lack of respect for your relationship. Also, he seems to be going too fast, and those kinds of guys are never good news.
