For example, everyone who's been part of this movie's hype and have been keeping up with its production know that time travel is gonna happen. That's not a spoiler, that's a given. Most people will be going in blind to watch this movie. Some who don't keep up with everything and at least only watch the movies will at least remember that there is something called the "quantum realm" where time and space can be manipulated. If you watched all of the movies or even only some of them including one of the Ant Man films, and still don't remember that then you must have been asleep.
