What saddens me the most is that once respected and prestigious news outlets resort to clickbaits and borderline yellow journalism because it is a bad era for them and they are desperate. This desperation is so obvious it is almost pitiful. Not to mention the condescension towards Asian artists whom they don't often take seriously.

And people can't be stopped from falling for it and get angry so it works for them.

These outlets wrote good articles about BTS in the past, right? (I don't read many so I don't remember who praises them and who doesn't). I don't think it necessarily means they hate BTS. Journalists don't have to share the same opinions as their colleagues on things. As long as these people don't write biased articles against them, I don't care. The fandom is big and loud, I think we should use that power to get rid of people actively trying to ruin/slander them (like that one racist dude who got fired).

At this point.. Y'all have to ask yourselves why alot of people have bad experience with your fandom..

of course we're the problem and not these western reporters singling out bts and not western/white artists...not surprised you would say that when there have been many kpop fans hyping up racist tweets about bts
