Who's depressed and willing to do an one week experiment ?

Take it with a grain of salt, but my mood shifted 180° after taking a turmeric latte made of an table spoon and a half of turmeric, almost a nothing of black pepper, and honey; instead of using cow's milk I use oat milk (but that's just a personal preference); do it for a week and tell me if you feel depressed or if you feel better. the black pepper is important because increase the absortion of the curcumin from turmeric by 2000%

does it cure bipolarism too?

The studies that I read said, depression and anxiety, but you can try it if you like, and btw this is not a replacement for any treatment, if you are taking a medication keep taking it ohbi.png ; i'm suggesting something that really worked for me and improved my mood for real
