If you are in an East Asian country, being 174 cm tall makes you HUGE, but if you're in a Scandinavian country, you're actually petite at 174 cm. It really doesn't matter much imo. You can dress smartly and nicely at any height, you just need to put some thoughts to it. Being tall and being short both have advantages and downsides, there's not one that's better than the other. I wouldn’t say petite...even in Latvia and the Netherlands, the mean height for women is around 167/168 cm. 174 might still be considered averageish in those countries but I don’t think it would be petite. I don’t see the importance of height, all these girls looks good to me. But the “short†once is actually actually a pretty average height for Sk....
