Both have questionable designs that make me go oof tbh. I need to see an upgrade before truly joining, I think.

I haven't experienced any toxicity yet. Unlike on other certain K Pop fandoms I can actually engage in conversations without some anti behaving like a unwanted troll.

I like KPlanets, the staff and users are really friendly and the site is PURPLE 

What's not to love? I hope it becomes more active.

 

but both are miles better than akp in layout, but not on par with OH as of yet.

Registered on both just in case, but honestly I can't spend every last of my waking hours trying to catch up on like 3 or 4 different Kpop forums, ain't nobody got time for that. I'll stay on OH for now, and if OH truly gets lost for good and nobody on the OH staff wanna build something up again, I'll move to whichever looks and seems best to me.

Kplanet, Hallyuland, and now Ksounce? I swear I am losing track. I just learned about Hallyuland yesterday.

 

edit: Kpopsource layout is actually a bit too depressing for me. Looks like a mortuary. But it's actually less dead than Kplanet. I'm actually surprised how much more people are active on that site. It must not be too new.

Kpopsource is really friendly and toxic free. It's extremely refreshing.

Honestly you guys, trying to make us think that either forum "being toxic-free" is a good argument to convince people to join, that ain't gonna work. Of course they're toxic-free when there are like so little active members, and those active members are mostly people who know each other already anyway.

 

Any community is bound to attract toxic members at one point or the other as soon as they become popular enough, as they get big enough like OH is, toxicity will always reappear and thrive, it's just how the internet works, sadly. The bigger the userbase is gonna get, the higher the toxicity will become too.

I don't think so, I doubt the Staff wants anything other than fix this forum and bring it back to normal, but if the database becomes so corrupt it goes past any fixing point like Hallyu8 did, maybe we'll have to move on against our strong desire to stay. Just keeping options opened here.

Hallyuland has the best layout since it's almost exactly a copy of OH's. It only has 100 members tho. Both Kpopsource and Kplanets look bloated, but Kplanets is worse due to the circle avatars.
