Had a family today demand why their udon wasn't out yet...when it was being brought out behind me by another server (where I work servers help bring out all food, regardless of whether it's for their section or not). Then they asked where their kid's udon was...when the server bringing them their udon has, guess what, ONLY TWO FUCKING HANDS and I was bringing them their kid's udon! I'm sorry we're not octopuses! Its when they get aggressive and try to scare you into getting their way that it gets bad. If I could help them I would but they're either asking me for something against policy or something I have no power over. I can deal with it if we all keep our cool but if they start yelling...
