To put this into context.. two years ago he was in a variety show and during on of the tasks, he entertained some elderly people by freestyling about noodles. What was meant as a joke became a point of attack from a lot of netizens.. Fast forward to now, he released a song he wrote referencing the lyrics he used in that freestyle and even included a sample of the actual freestyle from 2017. This song was met with an overwhelmingly positive response with people admiring his tenacity, positivity and how good the song is.. and he has received support from countless celebrities including Luhan and Tao, his former groupmates. A food delivery app even shared stats from today.. Kris released his song before noon and within that time until evening, "Big Bowl Thick Noodle" was searched more than 850,000 times in the app, over 90,000 bows of noodles were ordered, 3510 mentioned "skr" in their order and over 1k added "fanfan, i'm sorry" in their notes. The song is #1 on the Fresh Asia chart and trending on several music platforms. You can listen to it on Spotify. Are you craving for noodles now? It s like an arabic languange where the languange just sound old and beautiful that such modern languange like english seemed to bring down their uniqueness.
