Like, it jutted out RIGHT in front of my car. I had no time to stop, unless I came to a screeching halt, which probably would've caused an accident with how many cars that were behind me. Joon 8,222 Posted April 18, 2019 Share Posted April 18, 2019 I hit a snow bunny once :( It was on a highway, I actually did switch lanes to avoid it (it was like 3 AM, I was the only one on the road so it was safe) but the stupid bunny turned and ran the opposite way just as I switched lanes and ran right in front of my tire, if the bunny had kept going the direction it was running in, it would have been fine! I cried for like an hour though I was so upset, it was my first and only time hitting anytjing (other than bugs.) No chance that bunny made it, even if it just ran into the side of my tire. was going like 70mph when I hit it (I braked, I was going like 85) But yeah, better to hit the squirrel than cause a wreck. Miss.Miss 8,896 Posted April 18, 2019 Share Posted April 18, 2019 This nearly happened to me with a cat before luckily I was going slow and was able to stop, but I swear the cat could see me coming and still chose to just jump in front of my car.
