Police Reportedly Investigating Another Suspected Case Of Seungri Mediating Prostitution Services

On April 17, MBN reported that the police are looking into a further possible case of Seungri mediating prostitution services for investors.

 

Seungri has been suspected of mediating prostitution services in instances including for a foreign investor at Club Arena in 2015, for Japanese investors at a Christmas party in 2015, and at his birthday party in Palawan in 2017.

 

MBN reported that the police now also suspect Seungri of arranging for prostitution services for Japanese investors in July 2016. The police are investigating the possibility that Seungri’s group invited Japanese investors to Seoul and held an event that included prostitution services. They have determined the Japanese investors’ movements and locations at the time and are questioning women who are said to have been involved.

 

In addition, MBN reports that the police have determined that the Christmas party that is said to have involved prostitution services for Japanese investors in 2015 was not a one-day event, but rather took place over two days on December 24 and 25.

 

They are analyzing a breakdown of the money transfers that took place before and after the event and determining the source of the funds.

If I'm not wrong the sexual abuse charges need to be started by the victims, the victims of the molkas are already doing it and a non celebrity (my guest is Park) is alredy detained for rape, so lets keep hoping all victims (meaning the Burning Sun ones) push forward and all the crimes come to light and recieve punishement, but we have to understant that without video/photo proofs is a "she said / he said" dificult to prove if some time have passed.

 

Yes the kakao chats are a good proof to indict Kim and Park, the ones that seems to have give "sleeping pills" to some victims of their molkas. I think Park is the unnamed non celebrity detained for rape in the past days news, and Kim was already detained for molkas so he will have nowhere to flee.

At this point I feel like the only reason Seungri hasn't been arrested yet is because he has too many cases that need to be investigated and all the people working on it are being spread too thin to get anything finished.

It's how I feel. Seungri was/is in a web of involvements so the investigations concerning him are more complex than the rest. He's also denied just about every charge against him. Obtaining a lawyer who was a former investigator on the police force must help too. In JJY's case the evidence against him has to be so damning that it was a no brainer to charge (and now indicted) and detain him. He also commited serious violent crimes which is a threat to the public's safety. I believe that Seungri's day will come. What he ends up being charged for is up in the air as the list continues to grow.
