personally, I think they go hand in hand

 

but yeah I think if you aren’t mature enough, and you jump into a relationship, then you increase the likelihood of harm to yourself and to your significant other

15-16, when the teens feel the biological need to do it because their libido is growing as well as their emotional needs to be loved. Usually that's the way it works, the nature does its work itself just perfectly, so we should do nothing about it.

There is no set age. It varies by individual. Some are ready at 14 or 15 and others in whatever time they feel comfortable.
