Hate due to jealous I guess. Not sure about Suzy because I don't follow her, but Yoona probably has more friends than enemies. She seems like a down to earth person.

They both surely have more friends than haters in the industry since most idols/ celebrities in the industry probably can relate to them.

 

Since I follow SNSD more, for Yoona I can say that she is defintely close with most of her label mates, additionally Goo Hye-sun, Gong hyo-jin, Son Ye-jin, Seo In-guk, Lee Jong-suk, Jung Il-woo, Uee, most of the 2AM and 2PM boys, T-ara Eun-jung  and the list goes on...
