with melons new rules that were set about 2 years ago charting data for a new release can't be seen until 1pm kst. Anyone can stream but you cant see where the song is ranking or how many listeners it got until then 

thats why everyone stopped releasing at midnight in korea and now almost everyone releases at 6pm kst. but UMG wanted to target more than just korea so they picked a release time that would be convenient for most fans around the world
