They just go through all the reviews of the movies that they wish to go. They will head to the movie only if they find the reviews positively about the movie. If they find negative reviews on the movie, they just drop the idea of watching the movie. 2. The Critics They just didn’t go to the movie for entertainment. These type of people watch the movie with an intention to criticize everything. They just didn’t have the heart to appreciate the efforts of the movie makers and keep on criticizing everything about the movie. They look to pinpoint defects in the movie. 3. The Movie Lovers The other type of movie watchers in our list are the people who just love movies. They don’t care about what film it is, who acted it, who directed it. Their love for movies just drags them to the theatres and they watch each and every movie that releases. They may miss a few but they do wish to watch each and every movie. 4. The Star Fans The next type of people who watch movies are the fans. Without them in the theatres, there will be no fun. They wait so eagerly for the movie of their favorite actor/actress to release in the theatres and go to the movie on the first day. They go to the movie just to watch their favorite stars on the screen. 5. The Weekend Time Passers The next type of people on our list are the people with a job on the weekdays and as they get some free time on the weekends, they need to have some time pass filled with some entertainment. If they don’t have anything else to do or if there is some interesting movie in theatres, then they go to the movie for weekend time pass, fun. 6. The Friends Gang There will always be a friends gang who will be doing a lot of things together. Such friend gangs also plan to go to movies sometimes and thus they take place on our list. The gang of friends who go to the movies when they all meet up after a long time or to have fun together can also be found around us. 7. The Forced Guy There will always be a guy of this type in theatres. WheeTaeLover 170 Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 I have never been to the movies alone yet and whenever I go to the movies, I go with friends and family (my mom (when I go watch superhero and action movies-which are my favorite genre(s) of movies) and my sister (pretty much for every single movie) fall under #7), so I'm #6. However, I can be a more optimistic and constructive version of #2 (like looking for allusions, inspirations, references, hidden themes, likes and dislikes of the movies) if I like to put my thinking cap on (which I really do almost every single chance I get). I don't really enjoy watching movies that much and if I do I watch them, I prefer to watch them alone at home because I find it too distracting watching with other people. deobizone 7,779 Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 Ilove movies..I'd be #3 if there was cinema more accessible to me. not where i have to get a 20 min ride to. then a ride home. like one i could reasonably ride my bike to. like if there was one in my town, or a town next to us...but there isnt ;_; but if theres a movie i really wanna see. ill make the effort. like i did for Us, and probably will for Ma in may & midsommar in august. it in sept, and little women in december/. theres so many movie im anticipating this year i realized. im also a movie lover, but not much of cinema-goer. more of watching classics and in general older movies. not too interessted in a lot coming out these days.
