Something you could try:

  • Enable Javascript if it isn't already
  • Adjust the video quality
  • Update your browser
  • Update Adobe Flash Player
  • Delete your cache, browsing data and cookies
  • Reset your browser’s settings
  • Disable all browser plugins

There are times when I'm unable to update Adobe Flash Player so maybe that's the reason for this

Hmmmm well I'm thinking it could either be your firefox browser of your flash install that's causing issues.

The first one is pretty easy to check, try installing another browser like chrome and see if you have the same issue there. If not, then the problem is with firefox. You might have to download and re-install firefox to fix it then.

For the second possibility it's a little more difficult. I know it's tedious, but try uninstalling and re-installing flash. You can look at these sites for help https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html & https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keep-flash-up-to-date-and-troubleshoot-problems#w_flash-plugin-not-working.
