Poor families should just be eating at home instead to save money. Vegetables, fruits and beans are dirt cheap, and really healthy. You know it's a problem when public schools consider pizza to be a vegetable. Also, unhealthy processed instant foods are far cheaper than fresh veggies because the government subsidizes billions of dollars to farmers to grow corn for corn syrup to be put in processed foods and soybeans to be fed to animals, the cheapest of meats goes towards fast food meat production.
