Should SK make porn legal?

Nope.

Allowing porn so that motel filming stops is no solution.

Motel filming will still continue though the victim's videos will be displayed publicly and they'll suffer even more.

It's immoral, illegal and inhuman- both porn and motel filming.

Porn is illegal?, don't porn labels pay taxes?

I don’t think it’ll end motel videos but imo porn should be legal for people to see its not the governments business what you’re watching if it’s between consenting adults

I think if porn were legal it would suck the thrill of other type of porn if you diversify it into other actors playing general fantasies

does it matter? everyone's watching it anyways lol. you can not control everything. Yes it should be legal for adults. but NON Consenting videos being shared has nothing to do with this tho... consent is different concept

Even if making porn legal will not stop spy cam porn, it still should be done. It's absolutely moronic to expect people not to watch it, but at least this way they won't get an ridiculous punishment for watching. If they want to help with the explotation of sex workers, then sex work should be legalized and the industry regulated and taxed.

I'm tired of these rustic old men trying act all morally superior while making stupid rules they expect everyone to follow then go home and fap to some porn anyway or do worse just because they can get away with it.

I agree that porn should be legal as I don't think the government should be restricting a person's access to these sites/videos when you're a legal consenting adult, but I don't think that allowing the SK general public access to legal porn will fix the spy-cam issue either...

I think both porn and prostitution should be made legal, and while it won't eliminate illegal spycams, I think it could go a long way towards reducing it.

1. As it stands now, porn, prostitution and spycamming are illegal. If people watch porn and visit prostitutes illegally but don't feel bad about it and get away with it, it stands to reason that they will learn to not feel bad about spycamming. They are doing 2 things that are illegal. What's another one?

2. Making porn and prostitution illegal creates an environment that is hostile towards women who are in the sex trade. This hostility / misogyny can easily end up being projected to other women - women deemed easy, women who dress scantily, women who go clubbing, etc. Anyone who gets labelled as a slut or whore will be treated differently. By legalizing porn and prostitution, women who work in the industry are at least afforded legal and hopefully medical protection.

Changing mindsets in conservative SK will take a long time, but for prostitution and porn to be recognized as legitimate professions for women is a step towards better treatment of women overall, but especially those that don't conform to society's norms.

It's the way society treats sex (as a taboo) that catalyzes stuff like spy-cams, and it does have relation to porn being illegal, even though making it legal now wouldn't really change much

Korea is still conservative on that matter. That's what makes the 'appeal' of filming people without their consent. It's fucked up but we all know humans tend to find something especially appealing when it's forbidden unsure.png

So yeah Korea does need a revolution in the way they perceive sex and the way they treat it, and making porn legal is just the base of it, a first step but not the whole solution

considering all the anmas, officetels, room saloons, and kissbangs available in plain sight, sex is definitely not taboo.
