Yes, I tried to find A and B first.

 

logb A = 4 -->  logb A = 4 . logb b (because logb b = 1) --> logb A = logb b^4 ----> A = b^4

 

same with the other one :

 

logb B = -5 -->  logb B = -5 . logb b --> logb B = logb b^(-5) ----> A = b^(-5)

 

And then, you put b^(-5) and b^4 in your thing (I don't know the mathematics terms in english) and you resolve it and finally your answer will be -1/4
