Is bighit required to do an ipo? Or will they be fine without it

Bighit isn't required to do an IPO.

They'll be fine without it as of now but if we'll look at it long term bighit will benefit a lot if they decided to go public this year... This will help them expand more, build their own building etc.

He hold 50% stake before and now he's left with around 43%. It wasnt stated in the article to whom he sold the share tho.

I think he still has 50 but sold other stocks but I could be completely wrong

IPO would be best for bighit when BTS is still on their peak of career.

But well..some people said BTS's peak was 2 years ago, others says last year, most will say now. So yeah..

Let's see how bighit's decision on this.

Oh. Well, I honestly don't understand much in this, if they say it's a good decision, then it's a good one. For me everything is ok as soon as Bang is a main shareholder and has the biggest stake, which he still does.
