There is always minimum amount of money to establish a new company. Apparently in S.Korea it is 50K Won.

 

In my country for ex. it is 668 USD for LLC / LTD, and 334K USD for joint stock companies.

 

So don't take everything literally guys. Do some Google while it's still free. It can't be that hard.

 

At this moment ridiculous amount of the authorized / registered / nominal capital of his business is the least of his crimes.
