Judge Im Minsung of the Seoul Central District Court issued an arrest warrant for Jung Joonoyung on the 21st at 8:50 PM on charges of violating the Exceptional Act on the Punishment for Sexual Assualt Crimes.

 

Jung Joonyoung read his letter of apology this early morning saying "I am deeply sorry. I have committed an unforgivable crime. To the women who were victims and who suffered because of me, to the people who showed me love up until now, I bow my head in apology.

Jung Joonoyung acknowledged the majority of the charges and submitted to the police a total of 3 phones, including the "golden phone".

The police has also taken over his home for investigation.

I’m sorry. I understand that Seungri is what started all this and probably the biggest celebrity so he’s getting a lot of attention. But are people really so short-sighted that they’re so stuck on Seungri out of all the other criminals involved ???

 

It’s clear that he’s involved in some illegal activities and should be punished as well. But he did not sexually harass women, he did not secretly record anyone, and he did not assault anyone. There are people involved that admitted to raping women and recorded spycams - but it doesn’t look like they’re getting any attention and no one cares about those criminals as long as Seungri gets imprisoned. But these are people whose crimes seem much more immoral and evil to me. Don’t get me wrong, I still think seungri’s a horrible person and deserves all the punishments he gets. But those other men that talked about raping and recording women deserve much worse. The priorities in the degree of crime is skewed, and you can even see that with the way the media is giving so much more attention to Seungri compared to Jang Ja Yeon’s assault case.

JJY has admitted to his crimes and been officially arrested, there just isn't 40 thousand articles about the same topic and bullshit statements from lawyers because JJY admitted what he had done and now is being punished for it... the others will follow suit.

 

if you don't think sex trafficking, drug dealing, police bribery and providing a safe space for these men to drug and rape women and brag about it isn't immoral and evil, then i pray for your soul.

I am horrified at the lack of coverage of Jang Jayeon, and the obvious cover up attempts that are happening again... I've been pretty vocal about that.

 

People are concerned about everyone involved, and you are entitled to your opinion if you feel like it's all on him, but it's not our fault that he is the biggest name from the biggest group and is the connecting point for everything that's happening right now (his club, his friend group, his staff, his MD's aka 'drug dealers' etc.) and therefore the topic of a good chunk of the headlines. And if you check the posts on this forum, I think you'll find that the majority are clear in their equal hatred for everyone that's been named so far. The majority are hoping that all involved will be also arrested and given the maximum punishment. It actually seems like Seungri is receiving better treatment than the others that have been named at this point. So that's my point, hope it's clearer for you.

 

And that's not my thought process or what I said about Seungri... I said he provided a space and tools for these men to commit these acts. All of these men willingly acted on their own sick desires and bragged about them to each other multiple times, no one was pushed, they we're encouraged. 

 

And once again, please read the posts again, the majority is pushing for everyone involved to be held accountable at the same level as everyone else. They are all as bad as each other. Like I said, you are entitled to your opinion and to feel this way, but I think you need to take a step back and look at the bigger picture also. If you can't see that someone who enabled these men, encouraged these men and was also involved in a list of numerous other offences that end up all tying this complete shit storm together in a neat little bow, then we'll have to agree to disagree.

Glad that he Already arrested and got his punishment. His victims deserved his deepest apology and hope they got a mental treatment. That was really horrifying to hear for me as a fellow woman. This guy also need a mental treatment, he seems has a mental disorder for me.
