I have a question on Shingeki No Kyojin chapter 115 (spoiler)

I don't understand... If Eren was in on Zeke's plan from the first time they met, why couldn't execute the plan ? What was missing ? Why did they went through so much trouble, including killing hundreds or thousands of innocent people at the ghetto ?

I don't think Eren agrees with Zeke's plan, I think he's just using him for his own (secret) plan, but yeah, some event are really weird and hard to explain using only the info we got. Right now I only trust Hanji, Jean and Falco...

I thought the same about Eren but I don't get what Zeke is doing then. Maybe Eren convinced him to wait or something.

Most likely so, and I think Zeke genuinely believes they are on the same page, or maybe those decisions have something to do with Historia, since she's the only living direct descendant of Ymir (other than Zeke), and some shenanigans with royal blood/PATHS. I can't say I understand how PATHS mechanics work tho, and the last chapter made it even more complicated...

Your points are similar to what I was thinking too.

 

And if you think about it from another point of view, Eren is the main character so he has to save them somewhat...but currently they want us to think he is betraying them..
