The news of Mike's death comes after it was revealed the star was grief-stricken over the death of his beloved grandmother and plagued with "huge debts". A source told The Mirror: "His party lifestyle came at a price and he wasn't earning a lot of cash after Love Island, especially as he became his nan's carer." Mike is the second Love Island contestant to have died, after 2016 star Sophie Gradon was found dead in her flat in June last year.
