I'm pretty sure the likes of IU have probably done that, but since I don't follow her hardcore, I wouldn't be able to confirm.

Yerin's always had a cult following and has had hits before (individually and through features) so her music and her voice are very much known and loved by the public, but bye bye blue, while it performed solidly imo, didn't do as well as across the universe and she's been gone for so long that i didn't think her comeback would perform like this, but it seems her following, rather than dwindle, has actually just continued to grow during her hiatus, and here we are

Yes especially during be my baby (wonder world) and it was the highest rated album by critics in 2011. I remember they sweept top 20 for gaon weekly chart.

 

Anyway, it was surprising because yerin has no hardcore fan like iu or taeyeon and also she's been MIA for 2 years (except her indie band gigs and festival appearances) she also barely on tv. Even her song with jimin did not do well like this.

Im so happy for her though especially she produce this album.

I don't think MC the max and epik high had 7 of their songs in the top 20 though at least this year. Idk about before since I only started actively checking the charts this year!

Idk i havent checked it either honestly lol, but i think most of them charted really high even in top 10

For a reference mc the max still has a bside in top 25 after 2 months and 2 weeks

I know both had bsides chart well but never more than 3 in the top 20 I think. I would've noticed since I would check the charts for songs that were rising every day!
