I've been caught up in my other fandoms - Batman; Arrowverse; DC Comics; etc and don't stan KPop anymore (only BTS) can someone give me the rundown on what this is, I'm confused

Jang Jayeon is an actress who allegedly committed suicide almost a decade ago and said she was abused, raped, forced to entertain people with sex in the entertainment industry and left behind a list of names of those who were responsible for her abuse

 

but nothing was done

 

in light of recent events with celebrities and other figures being exposed for spycam videos, pimping etc her case has been reopened but there's a deadline for how long it can stay open so the online community wanted to show their support on how the case needs to be looked into so justice can finally be served

omg, that's so horrible. Hopefully, they can get justice for her, and that the statute of limitations doesn't run out anytime soon (in the circumstance that they may shelve the case again) and they can gather enough evidence to find and convict the perpetrators
